Camping Season 2012

Camping season 2012 has finally arrived. For most of the country Memorial Day kicks off the camping season in full motion. Temperatures are up and spring lawn work is in the bag so it is time to head out and enjoy the great outdoors.

If you are a tent camper make sure that you check out your tent and make any repairs and maintenance required. Get your sleeping bags out from behind the Christmas decorations! If you are an RVer make sure to go through the spring checklist of maintenance.

Camping is as popular as ever so make sure to plan all of your trips early and make reservations because many campgrounds fill up early, especially on Holiday weekends.

Campfire hot dogs and Smores are on the menu. Family memories and late night lantern light card games will soon pass the time. Make this your best camping season yet!
