This trailer is in good condition, sleeps 5-7. It has 2 queen beds in the fold outs and the table and cushions make into a twin bed. There is a Furnace (10,000-12,000 BTU), 3-Way 2.5 CU Refrigerator, Water And Propane System ,Water Heater 6 Gallon Gas/Elec., 12V Elec Roof Lift System, Awning 8' - 12' (Self Storing), Outdoor Grill, Outside Shower, Spare Tire and Carrier. There are NO leaks and lots of cupboards and drawers for stowing your gear. Owned it for 5 years, used it only 7 times.
