Location: Near Mill Creek WA between exit 183 and 186 I-5 (north of Seattle)

Single owner, under cover for last 10 years, very good condition (only minor wear). Used about two weeks a year, interior cooking was restricted (no cooking with grease/frying).

Features: Interior is all wood or plywood (no particle board), stove, refrigerator, furnace, 20 gallon water tank w/ electric pump, florescent lights. In addition:

- very light weight (~975 lbs dry) which in combination with low profile minimizes effects on handling, truck performance, gas mileage.

- small footprint for maneuverability and good visibility; easy to use in town or off road (no need for special mirrors).

- fits on full size pickup with standard bed (tailgate down) or eight foot bed; C1500/F150 truck is adequate (so long as vehicle has truck tires, may be helpful to have Firestone style air springs to level).

- lots of interior storage.

- aluminum upper welded frame (see website)

In interested in viewing please email.

For layout, see roll over couch configuration. Also see website for exterior photos of how it looks on a truck. See attached interior photo for 2005 cabinet/interior configuration (or can email if I'm unable to attach photo).

- Contrary to website, suitable for three adults or two adults and two children (not really practical for four adults).

- Upper berth bed panel has been repaired (10” section replaced) due to soft spot.

- Refrigerator only works on propane and DC (not much of an issue since when parked propane provides much better cooling and DC is used when moving).

- Furnace blower motor required lubrication for repair, ultimately could require new motor (roughly $70 on Amazon).
