Single owner, under
cover for last 10 years, very good condition (only minor wear). Used
about two weeks a year, interior cooking was restricted (no cooking

all wood or plywood (no particle board), stove, refrigerator,
furnace, 20 gallon water tank w/ electric pump, florescent lights.
- very light weight
(~975 lbs dry) which in combination with low profile minimizes
effects on handling, truck performance, gas mileage.
- small footprint for
maneuverability and good visibility; easy to use in town or off road
(no need for special mirrors).
- fits on full size
pickup with standard bed (tailgate down) or eight foot bed;
C1500/F150 truck is adequate (so long as vehicle has truck tires, may
be helpful to have Firestone style air springs to level).
- lots of interior

- Contrary to website,
suitable for three adults or two adults and two children (not really
practical for four adults).
- Upper berth bed
panel has been repaired (10” section replaced) due to soft spot.
- Refrigerator only
works on propane and DC (not much of an issue since when parked
propane provides much better cooling and DC is used when moving).
- Furnace blower motor
required lubrication for repair, ultimately could require new motor
(roughly $70 on Amazon).
