2004 Fleetwood-Monterey popup-camper in great condition. This camper has been stored in a garage since it was new except for when it was being used for camping. The GVWR is 3,770 lbs loaded and the unloaded weight is 2,600 lbs which means you do not need a big truck to pull this camper. This camper is also equipped with electric brakes which stabilize the camper during towing. This trailer has lots of room with 2 king beds and a short dbl bed on the slide out dinette. Camper has a built in cassette-potty which prevents you from having to walk to the camp site bathroom in the middle of the night. This camper has a lager than normal 15,000 BTU ICE COLD Air Conditioner which is great for camping in the summer. It also has a 16,000 BTU LPG furnace which keeps you toasty warm on cold nights in the fall and winter. In addition to the slide out dinette it also has a bump out kitchen with a deep sink, 3 burner stove, and 2.5 cu ft 3-way refrigerator with lots of storage space. The LPG Hot water heater provides ample hot water for washing dishes and for a hot shower located outside. A potable water tank is installed below the camper with an electric pump (works great) and comes in handy while camping in a primitive camp site. One of the best features of this camper is the Electric Power Lifts system which automatically raises the roof and opens the 2 king beds (no more cranking!). This makes setting up the camper fun, quick and easy. This camper also has a 12 ft awning, 2 burner stove outside, 2 propane cylinders, and a large 19 cu ft front storage compartment. Camper has a mirrored vanity mate not the typical fun house mirror found in campers. Camper has a Yakima roof rack which can be used for bikes and or 2 large kayaks (we have 4 Yakima bike racks also for sale that can be mount to the roof rack). We have lots of extras (to many to list). The original purchase price was $17,634 in 2004. As of 7/3/09 the NADA Price range for this trailer is from $8,375 - $10,125.00. This camper is in great condition and should be listed near the top of the NADA range however because of the current economy we are only asking $7,900.00. Whoever buys this camper will have built in equity and could sell it for a profit if they choose to sell it when the economy improves.
