Priced to sell.sleeps 4-6, slide in dining area and no potty makes for a larger open floor plan. Good storage for all your stuff. Cold AC/heat, Clean, NO mildew smell, no leaks.Well kept, good condition. Has new tires & has been kept under cover. We love it but are moving up to a Trailmanor. We removed the beds due to old owner let them get damp, but we prefer to use our air mattress anyway. Have manuals and original paperwork. Everything works Frig, stove, sink. We will even include the new Microwave.
